2022 Outward Valdiguie Shell Creek Vineyard, Paso Robles Highlands, USA Quinta de Santiago The wine was created on Enrico Toro Distillery The wine was created on a timeline of flavor development not on a production release schedule allowing the wine to find a perfect balance between its characteristic acidity coming from grapes grown at 1000ft elevation and texture developed over its long aging process these ten rows came to express a magical spot on Oregon’s Dundee Hills – a place where 6 different soil types converge the climate also provides wide diurnal temperature shifts that drastically cool the vines overnight the wine was bottled with minimal sulfur and without fining or filtration in April 2023
