How can I confirm availability before ordering?

An item shown in a photograph does not establish that it is currently offered. Review applicable cancellation terms when the offer involves an uncertain waiting period.

What should I do if a relevant policy link does not open?

Try locating the same information through the seller's main navigation. Ask support for an accessible copy of the relevant policy.

How should I interpret an average product rating?

Read individual explanations instead of relying on the score alone. Look for documented facts to clarify an important review claim.
